CELL CHURCH SYSTEM; THE SECRET OF SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

  SCRIPTURES: ACTS 2:41-46, ROMANS 16:3-5, 1 COR 16:15

 “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized and the same day there was added unto them three thousand souls. And they continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. – (Acts 41, 46)” 

A cell church means big church broken into small groups that meets in different houses for mutual fellowship with each other and winning souls for Jesus within the environment. The cell group or home cell is as old as Jesus ministry.

The Lord Jesus Christ himself emphasized the importance of cell ministry for his mission of evangelizing, teaching and sharing – (Luke 19:5-10)

In Voice of Freedom, we are running a cell church. A church with home cell is where members gather at a certain day with only their members. A cell church operates all activities through the cell groups. The growth of the church is the multiplication of cells. Cells only multiply when a new member comes in. The Sunday and Tuesday meetings are the gathering of members from various cell groups. Therefore nobody is considered to be a member of Voice of Freedom Ministries except he\she belongs to a cell group.

*We are not running a church with cell but a cell church.

*All cell groups make up Voice of Freedom family.

PRAYERS

1. Oh Lord, open my understanding to the importance of cell church in vfm now and help me to run with it in Jesus name. – (Ephesians 1:18)
2. Oh Lord, let your fire for home cell fall afresh on me this year in Jesus – (Acts 2:3)
3. Lord, multiply the various home cell units of vfm in Jesus name. – (Acts 5:14)
4. Lord, let your signs, wonders, miracles, deliverance, healing be multiplied in every home cell unit in Jesus name. –(Mark 2:11-12)
5. Father release men, women, youth and children from our neighborhood to the home cell in every meeting in Jesus name.
6. Every adversary against the growth and multiplication of our home cell in vfm, scatter in Jesus name. – (1 Cor 16:9)
